Who "we" is. Ageniqo is a trading name of MARIIA KRUTKO CONSULTING, NIP 5223299984, registered at ul. Sklepowa 22B, 02-482 Warszawa, Poland. Ageniqo is the name you see; MARIIA KRUTKO CONSULTING is the legal entity behind it, and it is the data controller for everything described below.

What we collect

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number — when you request the playbook or book a call.
• Basic analytics — pages visited, device type. We use cookieless analytics (Plausible); there is no personal tracking.

What we do with it

• Email you the playbook PDF.
• Send you five short follow-up emails over the two weeks after you ask for it, then occasional updates (never more than one a month). Unsubscribe in one click from the bottom of any email.
• If you book a call, follow up about that call.
• Call you at the number you gave us about the request you made.
• Text you only if you asked us to — see below.

Text messages

Texting is opt-in and optional. We only send text messages if you ticked the separate "Yes, text me about my request" box on our form. Leaving it unticked changes nothing else: you still get the playbook, and you can still book a call. Consent to texts is never a condition of anything we offer.

If you do opt in, Ageniqo sends appointment confirmations and reminders about the request you made. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We record whether you opted in and the date you did it, so we can show that the message you received was one you asked for.

What we don’t do

• Sell your email address or your phone number. Ever.
• Share it with third parties except the tools needed to deliver the email you asked for (GoHighLevel, our email service provider).
• Track you across the web.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing mariia@ageniqo.ai. We respond within 7 days.

Cookies

We don’t set marketing or advertising cookies. Analytics is cookieless. The only cookies we set are the ones your browser requires for form submission.
