This page is informational. It describes practices for downloading the Ageniqo playbook and visiting this site. It is not a contract for services; any consulting engagement has its own signed agreement.

Using the playbook
- Free to read, share with your team, and implement in your business.
- Please don’t republish the PDF or its contents as your own work.
- The playbook is provided as-is. Numbers and ranges are based on real businesses we’ve worked with, but your results will vary — your business is not those businesses.
Text message programme
Programme: Ageniqo Appointment Texts, operated by MARIIA KRUTKO CONSULTING.
- What it sends. Appointment confirmations and reminders about a request you made to us, and replies to questions you asked. No marketing or promotional messages are sent on this programme.
- How you join. By ticking the separate "Yes, text me about my request" box on our form. It is unticked by default and entirely optional — you get the playbook and can book a call without it.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing for the messages themselves.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further. To rejoin, reply START.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email mariia@ageniqo.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle the data behind this programme is described in our privacy policy.
